If you are looking for Hotel, Guest House or Bed & Breakfast, B & B accommodation in or near Market Harborough in Leicestershire, then please consider coming to stay at Dingley Lodge.
Dingley is a delightful village and is well-placed for Leicester and for the towns of Corby, Kettering and Northampton. It is a perfect base from which to explore Midland attractions and the whole of the UK.
Dingley Lodge was built by Viscount Lord Downe in 1888 for his farm manager. This fine old house, which stands in over four acres of grounds, commands extensive views over Market Harborough and the Welland Valley to the West and over Dingley Point-to-Point course to the South.
When we first looked at it late in 1982, the house had been empty for a number of years and was semi-derelict. Naively we turned our backs on the crumbling building and fell in love with the views. What was to be a five-year project has kept us busy ever since.
Dingley Lodge is first and foremost our home and we're delighted to be able to open it for others to share. We find that most people appreciate this opportunity and many of our customers become regulars. They do much of our advertising for us and and we have an established reputation for good food and personal service.

Marquees.
It is not always easy to find a site for a sizeable marquee to host larger numbers. Here at Dingley Lodge we have two such sites, one close enough to the main building to share its facilities and another separate (larger) site on what was formerly a tennis court. Both our sites are licensed for the sale of alcohol and for most types of live and recorded performance.
We provide the bar and the food (anything from 'bangers and mash' to a hog roast) and can even negotiate special deals on your marquee hire .
Please contact us for more details.
